My complaint:
I stopped at the store to get gas and gave the lady at the store $20 dollars for gas on pump number 2 . I gave her two five dollar bills and a ten dollar bill . At that point I went to put gas in my car and it pumped only ten dollars of gas and the pump would not give me twenty dollars like I paid for, so I went back in to the circle k store to tell her I only got ten dollars of gas and the pump would not give me the rest . She came out to the pump to check it and it would not pump any more gas so she went back in the store to reset the pump she told me , so I waited for several minutes at the pump to give her a chance to give me the remaining ten dollars of gas but she came back out to the pump where I was waiting and she gave me a reciet for ten dollars and told me that’s what I gave her for gas in the store . I proceeded to tell her I gave her twenty dollars for gas , two fives and a ten for twenty dollars of gas and she told me I did not give her twenty dollars for gas and I disputed her claims and told her she was wrong and I went the rest of my gas and she refused to do so. I asked her to see the manager and she said that she was the manager . So I told her to look at the store camera that was on the ceiling above the counter where I gave her two fives and a ten but she would not do so , so I demanded a refund of my ten dollars and she refused again so I told her I would not leave the store until she gave me the ten dollars . So I waited for her to refund my money of ten dollars while there was customers watching . Then she gave me two five dollar bills back and at that point I left disgusted with the situation and I decided to file a complaint with circle k. I wonder who else she has tried to get away with this . I have shopped at circle k for years and never was treated like this . This happened around noon on Sunday august 13 of 2023 . She tried to fool me into thinking I only gave her ten dollars for gas but I know how mutch money I had in my pocket . If you want proof of that , look at the cameras on that date and time it will prove she was intensionly trying to defraud me of my money . I’m sure circle k would not want a person working for them doing that with your customers . Please check your cameras at that store and take nessary steps to prevent that from happening again from that employee to other customers . It’s bad business.

Check the camera at that store located at bay meadows road and Kong’s road I believe the zip code at that store is 32217 and take appropriate actions to prevent this employee from doing this to any more of your customers . .
