My complaint:

I have come to this Circle K numerous times for my Sip and Save. I several complaints. First I can use my phone number and the self serve counter, I have explained this numerous times to employees and to the Circle K help line and no one is willing to help me, so I end up having to pay for my drink or leaving without a drink. My second complaint is that I have been charged three times to renew my Sip and Save before the end of the 30 days. I have my receipt to show it and they don’t accept it. I’m beyond angry with this.
This is completely unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

Fix my phone number issue and possibly reimburse me for my short changed Sip and Save
