My complaint:
I’ve sent a complaint about this employee before a couple of years ago. Not sure why he still has a job w Circle K. His name is Kyle (young, long curly hair) and he works at the store located at Bailey and Old Statesville Rd Huntersville NC 28078
EVERYTIME I have to experience this person and his rude disrespectful and condescending attitude it makes me not only uncomfortable but also I question why I go back to this store. And when I say every time I mean every time! Not once has he been nice or without an attitude. I just left the store after he was short with me when I dare ask a simple question…he rolled his eyes and got huffy. It’s as if he’s doing me a favor and it’s very obvious he hates his job. He may even hate the world. He doesn’t seem like a very stable person and scares me somewhat. This person needs to be without a job for a while so that maybe he’ll learn a lesson! I work in retail and I know this is an issue with young people today. No work ethic and a sense of entitlement that is unfounded. Where I work the customer comes first….ALWAYS! In my opinion bad customer service is contributing to the downfall of society as we know it.
