My complaint:
I had gone to Circle k yesterday to fill my gas tank, however I was having a difficult time entering my credit card. I went inside the store to ask if there was a problem with gas pump no. 21… ci stood in line until it was my turn for Rachel to help me. She was the most rude and hostile person that I had spoken to in quite some time. I was simply asking if the pump was not working correctly because my credit card was not being accepted. She yanked my card from my hand and asked me how much money I wanted to put on this sale. I calmly explained that I didn’t know how much it was going to cost, as I wanted to fill my tank completely. She was so rude… I asked for my card to be returned and just drove to another pump – the pump WAS faulty. After filling up, the machine was out of receipt tape but I was not going back inside to retrieve one.
This was the slidell, Louisiana lication on Airport road – at appx 6:30pm
