My complaint:
Manager takes advantage of shift smart employees requesting things out of job description to be done. Very unprofessional, store was dirty beyond explanation, manger was cussing at a customer in a joking manner in front of other customers and employees.
Suggested solution:
Remove from store from the shift smart app that is why nobody picks up shifts for this store. Remove the manager because there has been multiple complaints of how they are. Have a store inspection done for the filthyness of this place.
