My complaint:
Aleisha had someone of color cut in front of me and when I asked she said I wasn’t paying attenation. I walked back to the line and said to myself, wow. She turns around and tell me she was not serving me amd tells her employee because she’s lead not to serve me either. Also says, get out my store cause I’m calling the cops. For no reason at all. I took responsibility for not paying attention but to treat me that way made me feel discriminated against.
Suggested solution:
I know how hard it is in this world to find employment, but a disciplinary would be just fine or demotion. I felt as is because she had a title she can speak to people any way. That is very sad. I wish her the best with her endeavors but she needs to learn a title does not give anyone the right to treat people the way she did.
