My complaint:
I am a dedicated and honest worker, always punctual and passionate about the gas station business, a field I have been involved in since 1990. Unfortunately, I was terminated from my position at a well-known convenience store on Rice Road by the store manager on March 14, 2024, without any given reason or prior warning.
Previously, I had reported a coworker at this location for misconduct involving theft, but no action was taken by management, possibly due to personal connections. Additionally, it has been observed that some employees at this location frequently arrive late, sometimes exceeding an hour without notification, and there have been instances where the store was closed during working hours without justification. Despite these issues, these employees remain employed under the current management.
Suggested solution:
I really don’t know but i hope someone of circle k HR Mangement or circle K manages call me.
