My complaint:
The time is 4:18 am as I approached the store on foot as I had been walking for a few miles …the clerk who was sitting outside the store near a pallet of bottled water she seemed very anxious in a way I greeted her and she snapped back with an attitude as if I had done something wrong.im sorry ma’am I did not mean to upset you i then said I see your wet floor signs ,is it OK if I use the restroom ? She signals that it’s OK an I proceed I enter the restroom sit down and I was distracted by some sort of noise she was making so I turned on the sink water .seconds after I sit down. I notice her shoes in front of the door as if she was listening seconds go by and she bangs on the door stating I needed to hurry it up I didn’t need to be showering in her bathroom ?? ..at this point I am very aggravated as I have EBS and it is very hard for me to go to the restroom it takes me longer then normal and it’s very painful this lady seriously bangs on the door 3 separate occasions in less then five min. So gave up and washed my hands exited the restroom asked the clerk what her issue was and she said I do not have. An issue that is my restroom and if I tell you to get out of it I mean it .this lady was very rude and bothered she seemed very anxious and very figity she seemed as if she was in a fast-forward kind of motion
Suggested solution:
I would just like to see her work on her customer service skills possibly some therepy.and for liability purposes maybe a drug screening
