My complaint:

The store was dirty, the islands were filled with trash and none of the bins had been emptied, there was no water to wash off my windshield and it took about 5 minutes to get waited on. Only one cashier and 5-6 people in line and finally someone comes in from the back….that is not service. I was an employee for many years at the Corporate office in Phoenix and this would not be tolerated by our store manager and especially our Region Manager. I was so disappointed.

Suggested solution:

Clean up the store, clean up the islands, clean up the trash bins, make sure there is water to wash windshields and on a Saturday at 1:12 pm which is a busy time you need to have people on board to help. This is right by the 60 Freeway - not an out of the way location.
