My complaint:
Manager is a awful manager she’s very lazy does nothing at all besides make everyone else do her job she sits in bathroom vaping and texting sometimes 30mins she’s in there she does not do any of her manager work it is pushed off onto every other manager or employee a man named **** works with us we got a call about **** sexually harassing a costumer he got wrote up.
But should be fired costumers are not wanting to return because of how he speaks to others joking or not **** does not make schedules fair for anyone her and a different manager are best friends and get away with to much **** didn’t even train a new employee she’s never doing her job and it’s unfair to the rest of the employees there’s a lot more to be looked into about ****
Suggested solution:
Have someone come to the cicrle k (in menominee michigan have them look at her paperwork cameras the store itself u will see everything also take other employees aside an ask them questions
Or hire a different head manager because *** is not manager material it\'s so bad other employees are waiting for her to get fired for her actions
