My complaint:
Ordered smokehouse half chicken with fries and 3 strips with okra, both with drinks—1st thing, the smokehouse chicken should be advertised as half a gamehen, it was so small and dried out!!! 2nd complaint, the fries and okra were cold and hard. 3rd complaint, the iced tea was cloudy and tasted sour!!! GROSS 4th complaint.
We had to wait several minutes in parking lot (we had gone thru drive) for the chicken strips to be prepared. What tiny disappointments they were. They looked like one strip cut into thirds. 5th complaint, hardtack biscuits use to be soft and tasty. 6th complaint, I did not receive a receipt! Almost $20 for an absolutely inferior meal and no proof or order number.
Suggested solution:
DO BETTER !!! I understand there are issues this country is facing on so many levels, but don\'t make our lives worse with subpar expensive food
