My complaint:
I originally wanted just chicken mixed! The young lady Villette L whos name is in the receipt stated that the 10 piece mixed just chicken was $18.00 and some change so I asked how much was the 8 piece mixed just chicken?. She stated $18.00 and some change. So, I am wondering how is a 8 piece just chicken the same price as a 10 piece just chicken. I then ask is there a meal for 2 just chicken mixed she stated yes and said the price was $6.49. so I asked for 2 and when I got home I noticed I has 2 5 pieces chicken all dark not mixed. I tried to call back to the Churches and the phone seemed to be busy so I am writing this complaint. I kept calling and when I got whoever on the phone she seemed to dispute my concerns and stated that she made the order and stated the Villette told me that it was all dark meat. Which is not true. I really hate I had to be talked to in a manner as if I didn’t know what I was talking about.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have my meals replaced or my money back
