My complaint:
I had two orders. When I received them, they were both completely wrong. I took them back. I watched the person pick through all the tenders and give me the very smallest ones. She didn’t like it because I brought the orders back. I wasn’t asked what kind of sauce I wanted. Employee just threw 2 sauces in a box. They know nothing about the Church’s coupons or how to use them. I had a coupon for a free piece of chicken and they had to go get help. They’re lost about anything to do with Church’s and the internet site. I’ve been there 3 times and there’s always problems. The people that own and work there are all black. I’m white. I told them I’ll never eat there again.
Suggested solution:
They can’t. It’s a done deal.
