My complaint:
We go once a week, and three past 5 times we’ve gone, they are out of everything we try to order, and they think it’s funny. We’ve ordered some pies, spicy white meat chicken, Mac and cheese and they seem to always be out of 2 or all items. Last night, they were laughing cuz everyone was getting upset that they were out of everything. And since the nice black supervisor left, we can barely get someone to speak English and understand what we’re saying. We’re forced to go to KFC, just to get chicken, and they are right up the street. We’re don’t going to churches chicken
Suggested solution:
Put a supervisor or manager in place, fire the guys that were laughing cause they didn't care that they were out of everything and thinking it was funny. Have menu items ready to go during lunch and dinner times. Just have them do their basic jobs with customer service. Simple
