My complaint:
The casino did let me play a few days I won some money but what I put into it was stupid! I enjoy playing them but I don’t like being scammed like this casino does players! Once I redeemed the winnings automatically the game pretty much blocked me out I couldn’t win anything no bonuses no free spins and when it did. It was trash winnings for what I put into it at the time! I spent back the 3500 I won and still the games will not play period! I had someone new sign up and it lets them play so they cannot say random which is their lively choice of words! They act like somehow we owe them our money with no fun experience besides getting screwed! I know it’s rigged that’s the sad part I also know I dan lost which is fine but to lose like that no it’s uncalled for and I’m already taking legal actions against them for their practices to recover my money period! This is not a one way road and a real casino does not do what they do to people the casinos know people will play! Big difference in businesses this digital casino needs to be monitored on how it does players and that is one thing I’m having in my lawsuit! They will say this and that ok great that’s your word but as a player it’s way different. Ever since I signed up this place has left a bad taste in my mouth and the experience makes me want t to choke them until they stop breathing this is how angry they make a person! But it is what it is. Unless they show proof instead of words then they do not need to say anything at alll. They think they are untouchable because they are in another country ok great we can just have your license pulled! I’m fine with that also if their practices are found to violate which they will.
Suggested solution:
Stop lying stop screwing players stop thinking people is just winking and taking money because players play it back! You don’t have to act so desperate stealing from players! Make your games play give bonuses free spins let a player win money instead of you stealing what people earns as if you’re entitled to it because you are not! You sit back and collect free money! It’s sickening how you people are to others your no one special and stealing will get you hurt bad or worse!
