My complaint:
players are not able to win as much money as they’re spending in the casino. Chumba casinos have a proven unfair system in place that make it almost impossible for a player to win and purposefully do so to keep them coming back by luring customers in on false pretendes.
This is known as “house edge” or “fixed odds” which has been illegal in most states for over 100 years. Also chumba does not show any early disclose the house advantage and how much a player can expect to win on average per bet. These types of schemes are referred to as false representations.
During February 2023-August i spent over $80,000.00 on the wbsite CHUMBA CASINO and won NOT EVEN A CENT!
The casino is rigged- i feel violated and want my money back.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund for every penny ever sepent on their site.
