My complaint:
In order to verify my identity and owner of account they requested personal banking information which resulted in credit card closures.I paid for services was not credited on .my online account, customer support didn’t return my funds I never received response, I requested individuals name I can’t login too site keep getting wrong password.I unstalled app.
Suggested solution:
I\'m very upset with both Chumba and LuckLand apps are complete rip
offs !!!. Sat down too play Blackjack with $10 I didn\'t get not 1 winning hand.!. Play on there sites and see for ur self they are thieves. Had 766,388, my bets at 2000 and I\'m watching chips disappear had over 1.6 billion chips and didn\'t, win anything i should have received $600 for tournament win and redeemed chips.
