On Oct 12 2023 I made a request for redemption for two $101.00 Home Depot gift cards. Next day I receive email that redemption request has been declined by casino and funds have been credited back to account..confused of why redemption was declined because considering I made a redemption a few days earlier with no problem.. I loggin to account and there are no funds credited in account like they said would be. I contact casino wanting an explanation but they insist that cancellation was requested on my end and that funds have already been returned. I never cancelled request and I never received funds for $202.00 that they claim I already received. Can you Please help?
Ive submitted a support ticket but they have already closed ticket as solved and completed. Which is not true I havent been able to speak to anyone. Only through email..Funny part is how the only time you can speak to anyone is if your having an issue making a deposit . They are stealing customers money and making it seem as if they ve already paid us and how we are full of crap…
They should resolve complaint by paying what is owed to me, also apologizing for this inconvenience that I don't believe I deserve . they have the most horrible customer service, very unprofessional, and unorganized, they lie, cheat, and have no Business being in Business..
