My complaint:
Iv sent in every document I possibly can to chumba casino, my identity has been verified awhile now but I’m still unable to redeem my winnings to my bank or even as a gift card. Iv sent my bank statements, direct deposit voided check, even a pic of my card associated with my bank. This has been going on over a month now that I’m unable to redeem anything, they just keep saying it’s being verified or keep asking for the same info over and over.
Suggested solution:
When I'm able to redeem my winnings.
