My complaint:
I have won a $2500 jackpot and they won’t pay me . They have been verifying my identity for 3 weeks now. There is also no live person to talk to . I have gone above and beyond in submitting multiple documents to verify myself . I have also contacted the better business bureau. This is so unfair of Chumba I will never play with them ever again I want my money. This is a picture of the same email they send over and over
