My complaint:
Chumba is only allowed to operate in NYC due to sweepstakes rules! I have spent so much time and energy sending envelopes, and the day before I was meant to receive a payout of 1.5 months of work, my account was deactivated and then permanently banned! They will not give any explanation for security reasons. What a load of BS!! They are simply exploiting the sweepstakes model without honoring what they are legally meant to honor. They should have their website shut down!
Suggested solution:
They should honor my sweepstakes instead of being crooks!
