My complaint:
I have been gambling with Chumba everyday on there platforms for over 2 years now and recently have got notice of my account being deactivated and my $300 redemption being sent back to my account and not being able to cash out because nobody has helped me on there side I also won $100,000 on October 31.2023 that they didnt let me redeem
Suggested solution:
They should pay me the money they owe me
