My complaint:
I won and did a redemption for $3000 I finally got a reply from Chumba they said I canceled the redemption but yet the redemption never went back on my Chumba acct to play and I never received it. So I really don’t understand it’s been over two months almost three it was on aug 5th I did my redemption.
