My complaint:
I have sent Chumba Casino plenty of documents to verify my account. Plus I’m already verified through Global Poker which is owned by same company. I have a large amount of winnings I’m trying to cash out and I’m not able to cause Chumba Casino is not letting me my account has been in verification process for months. Now that I actually won over 20,000 they won’t verify me nor will they answer me. They have no problem taking my money when I purchase coin packages but now that I have a large amount of winnings they are not trying to let me cash it out.
Suggested solution:
They should verify my account so I can cash out
