My complaint:

Chumba casino deactivated my account without giving me a chance to redeem my winnings I have proof of my winnings and I also have all the emails from chumba I been waiting since Friday Sept 2 2022 it’s been already 9 days n chumba casino sends me the same emails bt they haven’t transfer my winnings chumba send me an email stating that they were going to transfer my winnings to my active account as soon as my account was approved I’m still waiting I have proof of my winnings n proof of the email n my chumba account is verified

Chumba deactivated my account without giving me a chance to redeem my winnings then send me an email stating chumba was going to transfer my winnings to my active account chumba should of transferred my winnings to my account as soon as possible it's been 9 days n cheese mba hast transfer my winnings
