My complaint:
I have been staying at the Comfort Suites in Suwanee, Ga for a week. During my stay, my microwave exploded and last night at around 1am about 30 kids were running through the halls banging on doors and I was awoken and could not go back to sleep. I am a diamond member and I spend a lot of money with choice hotels for business. The staff here complained to me about the owner on numerous occasions.
Tonight, the owner knocked at my door at around 10:30pm and threatened To call the police on me if I tried to book another night at this hotel. I am completely baffled. My microwave exploded on my daughter (which could be a lawsuit on its own), and then last night children were banging on my door at 1am and 3am. I called the front office and they apologized and said a lot of people were complaining. I so not feel safe staying here tonight, but I have two children and I do not want to wake them to move them at 11pm. If I could receive a call back that would be wonderful.

Suggested solution:
I believe that not only should I receive my 16,000 points back, I should be given extra points for the mental anguish this manager has caused me. He treats his staff terribly. He should not be running a hotel at all. I am a very popular social media influencer with over 2 million followers and it would not take much to ruin the reputation of this hotel.
