My complaint:
I am a member of choice hotels.
I book a 4 night stay to visit my mother at her assisted living home due to the fact that her health is failing fast.
I came down with a severe case of bronchitis. could not travel.
I fully know that choice hotels has a no refund policy but I reach out to choice hotels (through the website) 2 weeks before my stay to see if anything could be worked out, like credit for future stay. choice hotels never responded to me. Contacted them again and they still did not respond
Suggested solution:
first, I would expect someone to respond to me.
second, I know there is a no refund policy but how about a credit for future stay? That way, they would have had time to give the room to someone else and I would not loose my money and have a place to sty after my recuperation .
third, just a demonstration thy they care about their costumers
