My complaint:
I have been at the same hotel in the same room for over 30 days yes I have a different reservation because I had to to get my choice points. But state law regulates that it’s a 30day consistent stay in the same room. The owner Raq told me he’ll give me my statement since I’ve been there and I can go get it from the state. Ha who does that how unprofessional. This man has no business running a company he doesn’t want to spend money to take care of the property he wants his money now but he will mess with my money.
Suggested solution:
I want my tax money returned for the dates of May 24 to present
