My complaint:

Received a direct deposit I always transfer to savings until I figure out how to handle my money transfer $426.67 shows a successful transfer but 0 balance . Every supervisor and agent is not using common sense or trying to help. Need the money transfer voided and sent back to checking so I can remove the funds via atm

Suggested solution:

Give me a credit until fixed so I can get the money to pay for the funeral I told them about
