Chilis complaint: Waiting time possible injury to a patrion

My complaint:

I w we aired 15 minutes or mor was never acknowledged. A lady in a knee Walker (type of rolling Walker) her companion were not acknowledged either upon deciding to leave fell just outside entrance door myself another patron went out the door to help. I believe the rug was crumpled up. Once again, no acknowledgement. I went to kitchen and asked for manager. Worker said she was giving an interview would not give me her name. She said she told me she would be right with me but never came close enough to me for me to hear (if she did). She was ping so many jobs and they were short staffed. No apologies and rude. Manager. Should be more available at least explain or acknowledge. Kindness goes a long way. This is this first time ever I have sent a complaint to any establishment. Three other patrons left as I did. If u have video, I suggest you review.

Suggested solution:

Acknowledge patrons!!!!!! Manager workers need to attend classes should know better if they have attended restaurant classesFoid Beverage licenses which is taught. Manager should be more available with a full house. Also, two couples. Had checked in were waiting before I entered.
