My complaint:
Upon entering the restaurant, we weren’t seated until about 5 minutes while we were the only customers. Also I inquired about whether or not they were open and their three to four employees at the bar talking. When I asked the heavy set female stated they would be with us in a minute, ATTITUDE. After we were seated and our orders taken and we were seated, about 20or more minutes had passed and noone came too see if we needed anything or nothing. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, we left. Also I was there to celebrate my birthday. I really hope RACE wasn’t a factor considering we were the only customers there.
Suggested solution:
I would leave that up to your discretion. But I want you all to know I was very disappointed.
