My complaint:
Placed an order for curbside pick up and the food was not fresh or well prepared. I placed order at 5:15pm and it was ready at 5:21pm, which means food was not freshly made. Ordered hot wings with honey chipotle honey chicken strips. Hot wings were submerged in honey chipotle sauce and had not buffalo flavor. Ordered kids pizza and it tasted stale. Call manager to inform them about the food issue and asked for a partial credit due to the food issues and manager was extremely rude and stated no refunded would be provided. Manager stated that I got my food and that’s what mattered. Manager didn’t care at all about my issue and was very rude and condescending.
Suggested solution:
Listen when a customer has a concern and not be rude and condescending about it.
