My complaint:
My husband and I dined at chili’s tonight. We were there during happy hour and wanted to order a mixed drink. We were told by our server that we could not get a mixed drink at the happy hour price unless we were seated in the bar area, however we could get it for full price. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. It use to not be that way and I would like to know why is it that way now?
Suggested solution:
By serving alcoholic drinks at happy hour prices when it is happy hour, instead of discriminating against ppl that are not seated in the bar area.
