My complaint:
I visited Chilis on November 13 2023, which was on my birthday. I dined in that night and enjoyed the food. I returned home after eating, only for a few hours later to empty all the contents I had eaten from my stomach. This continued until a point where I had a hospital visit. I realized I had food poisoning and was off work for a number of days. I spoke with someone I even submitted documents to back of my claim, hospital records, pay stub from work for the time i was off work. Email from my employer cooperate human resources stating I was not at work on the days I stated . I did all this then was told I would hear back either earlier part of last week or end of week last week. I have called left voice message, and email still no response. I submitted all this information I believe on December 5th here is us December 18 still no response. I don’t like being lied to or mislead in any form or fashion.
Suggested solution:
I lost alot because of this visit to Chili's on November 13,2023. I lost time off work, I have a hospital visit that was necessary to help me to recover.i lost time and money. I think fair compensation for all this distress is necessary
