My complaint:
I m regular visitor of chili’s restaurant in dubai but yesterday night on 15-13-23 i visited sahara centre branch and had a bad experience. My favorite is fajitas combo which i order with entertainer app .so when i ordered same fajita and told i will use entertainer,i was refused and told that fajitas are not included in entertainer .i asked to talk to manager and told him why i get it in dubai branches and he replied this is his branch policy .Also manager’s attitude was not nice.This was very embarrassing and i left restaurant without eating.Is there any explanation why chili’s sahara centre has different policy than other branches.
Suggested solution:
I dont want to visit same venue again but this should not happen to others as customer come to spend nice time and instead their mood and evening gets ruined
