My complaint:
Please contact me by Email. Was charged $46.18 incorrectly on the day I visited, the server said $12.00 would be credited back to my card for the correct amount of $34.38 and never was. I called the manager on 5/11/2023 and she said that my card was only charged the $34.38 but the $46.18 was taken out of my account, so she was going to issue a it’s on us coupon for the $12.00 to me in an email, I still have not seen this either and have not heard from anyone from there and still no credit on my card. I am not sure what is going on at this store in Gainesville, FL but it is not good customer service that is for sure.
