My complaint:
First of all location was out of chili, then was told they do not carry Thousand Island salad dressing so ordered the chips and salsa which had an extreme amount of salt on them and were inedible, 2 soups ordered, both were cold, waitress reheated one of them. Then the main course arrived, cajun chicken pasta and the shrimp cajun pasta, the cajun chicken pasta was also cold and the shrimp cajun pasta was extremely salty just like the chips. Waitress and manager were made aware of problem in which nothing was done to resolve the problem. Will be sure to never eat at this Chilis again.
Suggested solution:
The waitress never came back to table after making her aware of cold soups. The cajun shrimp pasta should have been either replaced or taken off of the ticket. Manager was made aware of situation but made no attempt to remedy the problem.
