My complaint:
I ordered a kids meal with a drink and a water. I never received my water and the waiter brought me a refill I did not order. I was charged for it. The restaurant was full and we had to be somewhere. We just took it out of his tip. Instead of leaving 6.00 we left 3.00. I had called the local restaurant in Somerset, Ky. where it occured but I was on hold for 40 minutes, so I’m now letting the world know by filing an online complaint.
Suggested solution:
The need to train the wait staff that dishonesty will come back to you.
