My complaint:
I went through the drive through placed an order for a 5 combo, fries a roll a sweet tea. I get home no fries only 3 livers. I call ask for the manager. She comes to the line I tell her the situation. She says hold on hangs up, I get a dial tone. I call back, straight to voice-mail. I call back, someone picks up but doesn’t speak. I can hear Hispanic woman talking laughing.. I hold for 4 mins I continue to hear women talking laughing. I hang up call back, straight to voice-mail. This order cost me $10.81 and it wasn’t even 1/2 of what I ordered. I work for a large auto financial company just down the street myself many of my co-workers eat at chicken express, that particular location a couple times per week. I will not be returning absolutely will be passing on my experience to my co-workers anyone I know visiting that location.
