My complaint:
I ordered a two piece chicken dinner with fries and a tea through the dive thur window. When the cashier gave me my food, the container was cold and I touched the food and it was also cold. I immediately complained and received a replacement order. The container was hot to the touch so I drove off. When I arrived home (5 miles away) the food was over cook and the fries were like bricks. I called and spoke with the store manager who took my name and said I would get a replacement meal at my next visit. When I returned the next day the cashier who said she was the general manager stated that she could only replace the chicken because the store policy is to return the food. I shocked because I paid over $10 for a meal that wasn’t eatable and then treated like they were doing me a favor.
Suggested solution:
The store manager should have replaced my meal or refunded my money. I believe that racism has a lot to do with how I was handled.
