My complaint:
I walked into Chicken express in Bastrop today. Not too busy, there were a few people there. there were 6 employees behind the counter so plenty staff. I placed my order and then waited 26 minutes to get it. Once I did I left the store and headed to work. Along the way I opened the box and could not believe what I saw. I ordered 4 peace chicken tenders with fries roll and coke. The tenders were extremely small peaces more like crumbs half an order of fries and a crushed roll with coke. And this for $11.36? This is ridiculous to treat customers like this. 26 minutes for this with full staff? Kids who care nothing about giving good service. And this was while watching the manger take back three orders for mistakes. I will not be going back to pay this much for slow service and half an order.
