My complaint:
I have been going to this location for 10 or better years. The quality of food I receive keeps going downhill.
I purchased 8 pcs family meal yesterday for $29.22.
The chicken had no seasoning and the gravy also had limited seasoning and very runny. And, also missing one piece of chicken.
If you go to their website and view the reviews…you will see all the complaints. They are numerous.
I myself will not be going back.
It’s too expensive to throw out. But, I cannot eat it.
That store will lose more and more business if you do not have it reviewed.
Suggested solution:
Prepare the chicken properly.
Also customer service is lacking.
There is no sense of hospitality.
