My complaint:
So I called about a application I submitted to get employment so I seen on Indeed that they’re was a listing for employment needed with the address and location to the moore oklahoma location so I applied then when I call to speak to someone they always tell me they’re going to call me and go over it well I wait another week still the same thing so finally the right website was given to me and I call on a Saturday about it and speak to the manager on duty and the dude was seriously very disrespectful his tone of voice was negative and not in a tone you should talk to Any human being in. Especially being in a position of management. Like he was very unprofessional and very disrespectful and this guy definetly needs a attitude check frs if you would please bring this to his attention and let him know no matter what kinda mood he’s in or what time I call or how many times I call or anyone calls about anything wether it’s to talk to the general manager, about a refund not getting refunded properly, or even questions bout employment opportunities or the status of an application that he or she always has to address these issues in a professional formly manner. I was a manager at marcos pizza and I never would speak to anyone no matter if I got cussed out or what the case may have been especially when it comes to someone needing employment I would never take that type of tone with anyone.
Suggested solution:
Take a disciplinary action company wise with that manager on duty.
