My complaint:

I purchased a 3 piece Fish Combo on August 23, 2023. I want express here how inedible the meal was. The fish was overly salty, greasy and (worst of all) chewy like shew leather. The French Fries were overly salty as well and just this side of burnt. It is my sincere belief that Chicken Express should give serious consideration to no longer offering fish on their menu. Their chicken is outstanding. Don’t attempt serving anything that isn’t on a par with the chicken.
