My complaint:
I received my food and still had to wait another 15 minutes before I can leave to go home because I was locked in the drive thru line with 10 other cars ahead of me.
Suggested solution:
I called them to let them know that it was upsetting to have to sit with my dinner was getting cold. I only wanted to let them know because others might get upset too. They didn't care. I told them I won't be coming back. They didn't care. They've got plenty of customers and one loss is nothing for them to worry about.
