Chick-fil-A complaint: Rude Customer Service from Maria Gomez

My complaint:

I have never received horrible customer service ever at Chick-fil-A until tonight at 9:27 pm with Maria Gomez. I wanted to scan in one of my rewards to get my free chicken sandwich. When I arrived at the window to pay so that they could scan my app, Maria told me that I had to pay for the chicken sandwich because the app wasn’t working on their machine. I don’t think so, not my problem. My total was $37.03 and I was not paying for that chicken sandwich and I have over 3000 points. I told her that if I have to pay for it, I don’t want it. She then told someone to take it out of the bag that was already closed. It was her tone and rudeness from the beginning. Richard was so nice and kind and said no, just leave it in the bag. My order was wrong and I told her why you are so busy being rude, make sure that you get other people’s orders right. She never said MY PLEASURE just like Chick-fil-a train you all to be with smiling faces. She does not need to be working at the window. I will never go back to that location again. My job is always ordering big trays of food from that location and I will make sure that we never order again from that location. I am a CFO at my job. It is so much going on in this world and no one has any time to be dealing with rudeness. It’s a lot of people unemployed looking for a great job like Chick-fil-a. I asked her for her name.

Suggested solution:

She should not be working at the window especially dealing with customers. She needs to be in the back cooking or somewhere that she doesn't have to deal with customers. She is extremely rude. I am really shocked because I have never experienced horrible customer service at Chick-fil-a. NEVER
