My complaint:

My experience started good, a new hire took my order an he did a great job, he was very polite and even upsold me on 6 cookies. Unfortunately none of my order was correct. I didn’t even get the cookies I ordered and they put cheese on the sandwich which I couldn’t even eat. After driving back to the location, they didn’t even acknowledge me, I understand that it was 10:15 at this point and they weren’t open but I could literally see the bag of cookies they forgot sitting in the window. She wouldn’t even open up to maybe give me them or possibly get a refund if they could not correct the order. So to sum it up, I was overcharged for something I couldn’t eat. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 20 years and I understand being anxious to close but to dismiss me and act like you couldn’t even talk to me was ridiculous.

Suggested solution:

I'm not sure what protocol is for you as far as refunds and it may be difficult to reimburse me. So maybe a gift card. I'm really not a fan of this being posted to the public. I just want a refund for this error in some form.
