My complaint:
Spoke with Sergio on 3-8-22 at 6:03pm. I wanted to tell him that the chicken on the sandwich was not cooked thoroughly. Sergio was only interested in my phone and getting my email address so he could follow protocol. I explained to him that my only concern was that the center be aware of chicken that was not done. He only was verbally interested in following protocol. I asked to speak to someone else and Courtney took the call as a supervisor and stated she would let the store know about the undercooked chicken.
Suggested solution:
Call the store immediately and let them know to check the chicken they are cooking, so that someone doesn't get sick from undercooked chicken. Consider having a customer service person that can listen to the concern as apposed to just following protocol. Sergio was not good at his job unless that is how he is trained.
