Chick-fil-A complaint: Missing Item- Resolve by wasting 40 minutes of my time for nothing

My complaint:

To Whom Italy Concern:
I went to Chik Fil A on Austin Highway at 10:34 this morning. I went there while running an errand for work. It was 4 (each way) miles out of my way on this route. I did not notice that my nuggets were missing from my bag until I got home. I called the manager as soon as I noticed. I spoke to Yasmin who said if I brought it back I would be compensated and be given my Chicken. This would be a 20 minute drive. If you include going there and back this would be an extra 40 minutes. When I got there I was given the chicken that was missing and a thing of fries (which I didnt want or need). I asked if I could have a drink and the manager told me I could pay for the drink if I wanted it. I said that I needed something to drink on the way home. I did not make a scene. I was quiet and asked politely. I felt taken advantage of and really just felt that Chik Fil A Cares is a bunch of baloney. They don’t care. I am mostly writing this because ChikFilA made me feel like my time (extra 40 minutes) and money did not matter. Yasmin is a horrible manager. I (or my family)will not be eating at Chik Fil A any more. Additionally. The quality of the Mac and Cheese has really gone downhill. There used to be melted cheese on the top. Now the there is nothing on top of the Mac and Cheese

I don't know. I wanted a soda. Now just feel taken advantage of for the mistreatment. People aren't allowed to openly complain nowadays. :( Maybe I should just stop eating at places like these.
