My complaint:
Two weeks ago I bought aa blackboard (SA10888) priced at $16 on the shelf but the cashier scanned it as $20, I pointed out the error and they checked the price and I paid $16. Today (1621) I went to purchase another of the boards and once again it scanned at $20 and once again I had to point out the error. When I suggested how they were (potentially) over charging and the mistake should be rectified I was told it was an IT matter. SO! Why don’t you fix it, I have pointed it out twice!
Suggested solution:
Obvious, get the pricing right! If I pick up an item in the store I expect to pay that price when I reach the checkout!
